[Korea] Gwangju Summer Kimchi Festival 

Photo & Poster credit: Gwangju Metropolitan City The much anticipated 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade will offer a unique kimchi experience where visitors can make their own kimchi. Gwangju Summer Kimchi Festival will be held from July 3 to 14, 2015 at Kimchi Museum in Gwangju Kimchi Town. The festival will allow visitors from all over the world to make their own summer kimchi, which is less spicy and salty than the usual kimchi, making it more suitable to the tastes of foreigners. A variety of recipes using kimchi will also be available. In addition, free shuttle buses departing from the Gwangju Summer Universiade Main Stadium to Gwangju Kimchi Town will make it easy to access for all visitors. The kimchi experiences are provided free of charge, running in 1 hour sessions every day at 10:00 and 15:20. Those who are interested can fill out the form and send it to the email below.
