K-live hologram concerts featuring K-pop artists have been enjoying a huge amount of popularity lately, especially among foreign tourists. The theater is located inside of Lotte FITIN, near Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station. This K-pop hologram concert hall is equipped with various lighting systems, lasers and fogs to create a realistic illusion that the audience members are at a live concert.Virtual avatars of famous K-pop stars with YG entertainment, including 2NE1, PSY and Big Bang, are projected on stage for the virtual performance and a solo performance by G-dragon is screened every day.
K-live offers a variety of attractions to the audience before and after the concert. Some YG artists’ cherished possessions are on display, as well as costumes they once worn to the actual concerts. Also, K-live concert-goers can take and print photos with virtual images of YG entertainment stars in the ‘Star Photo Box’, which will make for great souvenirs.
