Seoul Office of Korea Tourism Organization will be closed due to interior renovations. However, a temporary Tourist Information Center (TIC) will be operated as below.The temporary TIC operating schedule
1) Period: June 29th (Monday) – end of November, 2015
Expected (* Schedule subject to change.)
2) Venue: 14th floor of Gwanjeong Building (Formely Hankook Cosmetics Building) 35,
Cheonggyecheon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul
(* Across from Seoul Office of Korea Tourism Organization)
1. Jonggak Station (Seoul Subway Line 1), Exit 5.
- Go straight and turn right at the first street (before Cheonggyecheon Stream).
- Continue walking to the second building. The entrance is behind Osulloc Tea House.
2. Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station (Seoul Subway Line 2), Exit 2.
- Go straight until you cross Cheonggyecheon Stream.
- Turn left and walk to the second building.
- The entrance is behind Osulloc Tea House.
3. Gwanghwamun Station (Seoul Subway Line 5), Exit 5.
- Go straight and turn left on the first street (before Cheonggyecheon Stream).
- Continue walking about 5 minutes until you reach Osulloc Tea House.
- The entrance is behind the tea house.
- Go straight and turn right at the first street (before Cheonggyecheon Stream).
- Continue walking to the second building. The entrance is behind Osulloc Tea House.
2. Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station (Seoul Subway Line 2), Exit 2.
- Go straight until you cross Cheonggyecheon Stream.
- Turn left and walk to the second building.
- The entrance is behind Osulloc Tea House.
3. Gwanghwamun Station (Seoul Subway Line 5), Exit 5.
- Go straight and turn left on the first street (before Cheonggyecheon Stream).
- Continue walking about 5 minutes until you reach Osulloc Tea House.
- The entrance is behind the tea house.
3) Operating Hours: 09:00-20:00, open all year round.
4) Services: tourist maps, tour-related brochures, tour information, performance
and accommodation information, tour package reservations, rush ticket sales.
(* Cultural experience programs are not available.)

[Medical Tourism PR Center (Seoul) Operating schedule]
The Medical Tourist Information Center will temporarily be operated at the same venue
as the Tourist Information Center until the end of November, 2015 (expected).
- Temporary Operating Period: June 29 - the end of November, 2015 (expected)
- During the temporary relocation period, services are limited to the basics.
(e.g. medical tourism information, brochures and etc.)
* Please note that the medical tourism experience
(e.g. tea therapy, blood pressure measurement and etc.) will be discontinued during the relocation.
- Medical Tourism Information Center PR (Incheon, Busan and Daegu) will remain open.
* Please note that the prayer room will be unavailable from June 29 (Monday) to the end of November. A new prayer room is expected to operate after the reopening.
4) Services: tourist maps, tour-related brochures, tour information, performance
and accommodation information, tour package reservations, rush ticket sales.
